Order Processing

All orders are processed after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 3–5 working days nationwide.
Delivery times may vary slightly during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

• Prepaid orders qualify for FREE delivery anywhere in Pakistan.

Advance Payment Policy

For all orders above PKR 10,000, a 10% advance payment is required to confirm the order before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if applicable).

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your contact number and shipping address are accurate. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, our team may contact you for re-delivery arrangements.
